We LOVE our roof. Its amazing quality and the warranty cannot be beat. It went up fast, the company is easy to get a hold of, the do great quality checks a follow ups. We own an older ranch home and this adds so much curb appeal. We get compliments/questions about it all the time. Would use this company again. Would recommend to family/friends.

Prostar has been a blessing to us
My name is Montana and I am a homeowner in Abilene Texas. Let me preface this letter by stating that I am very particular about who I recommend, especially when it is something this expensive. About a month ago, we had a terrible hail storm to our newly purchased house. When Zack arrived to our house, he was extremely patient. This was our first claim on homeowners insurance and we had a lot of questions. He spent about an hour talking to and then surveyed the damages. Structurally the roof was not going to leak in the immediate future but there was definitely some questions about how much more it would withstand. Zack never assumed we would hire Prostar to replace our roof and explained that we were under no obligation to select them. We found ourselves in a familiar situation as others asking ourselves “Who do we hire?”. When you are looking to spend any large amount of money it is always smart to look around and make sure you are getting the best deal you can. We spoke with two other recommended local roofers. They were horribly unprofessional and told us our roof was outdated and not worth the money. Maybe that works for some people but all I hear is that you don’t respect my property or value my time or business. I do not regret my decision to hire Prostar Builders. Every step of the way, I could call Ross or Zack and they always took time to explain every step of the process. When we couldn’t decide between two colors, I asked for a color sample. The next day I had a four foot panel at my door. I was concerned about my new sod and there being nails everywhere, so Zack appointed someone to keeping the property clean during the construction. Zack even assisted us in finding a new shed and had it built on a new foundation. Prostar has been there through the entire process to ensure everything was done properly. The roof was installed quickly and professionally. Their crew chief arrived every morning on time like clock work and each evening the property was clean of any debris. Zack was constantly walking around the property inspecting the work and asking us if we were happy with the work. I have recommended Prostar to 3 of my friends (2 will be replacing their roof and 1 will be building a new house). My advice to you is the same I have given to all, always go with your gut. I hired Prostar because they were different from the rest. I don’t know what type of roof you are purchasing but I can tell you that Prostar has been a blessing to us. I am so glad that we elected to use them and I wish more companies had the morals and work ethic they have displayed.

All I can say is that my new roof looks awesome
Hi my name is Jesse and I had some of the same concerns as you. Using an established company that you can be there down the road is important but more importantly to me was getting the job done right because this product should last an extremely long time. I just had my roof replaced at one of my rental properties that had a similar product on it for about 30 years. My real reason for replacing the roof was that the original owner added on to the house and that part developed a bad leak. It was poorly constructed as a add on, we also had a bad hail storm that came through Allen and working with Ross to deal with my insurance was a blessing. The insurance adjuster was more than hard to deal with and Ross coached me as to how to get through that nightmare. As for the roof, I chose the steel because my old aluminum did get some holes because of the baseball to grapefruit size hail but it still didn’t leak water. The reason I chose the steal is that some squirrels had chewed through them in some spots. The other reason I choose Pro Star is because of Ross. I’m a sales manager for a large company and I’m always interviewing candidates and I manage several sale associates and a good sales person is hard to find that knows his product, and helps you with the buying decision and to help you choose what is right for your needs. All I can say is that my new roof looks awesome and my leaks from the add on are gone! If you want to take a look at my property just let me know and I will give you the address in Allen Tx. These guys were extremely professional
ProStar came out to replace our roof after some hail damage. These guys were extremely professional making quick work of our 1 story house. I was impressed with the safety taken during the heat, the care taken to our property (lawn/plants etc.), good communication, as well as a through clean up after they were done. I was surprised at how quick they were able to complete the job, had it not been for the rain they would have finished our roof in under one day. Unfortunately, the rain continued but they found appropriate times to come back to complete the work. Our roof looks great and done at the quality/professionalize one should expect. I highly recommend ProStar and will be my first call in the future.

Outstanding service and quality! We were supposed to get our roof installed 2 weeks before Hurricane Harvey flooded our home. Our sales rep stayed in touch with us monthly to see how we were doing and if we were ready for the installation.
